Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Your free plan includes one widget, up to 10 testimonials, Grid and Masonry layouts, and Minimal and Modern style presets. No credit card or time limit. Pro adds unlimited widgets and testimonials, all five layouts, advanced customization, and removable branding.
What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?
New accounts can try Pro without a credit card. After 14 days, Free limits apply unless you subscribe. One widget can remain live with EmbedProof branding; your saved testimonials stay in your account. Free includes up to 10 testimonials, Grid and Masonry layouts, and Minimal and Modern presets. Pro is $19 billed monthly or $180 billed annually.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Send your collection link and customers can leave their name, feedback, and a photo without signing up. You review each submission before it appears on your site.
Will it work with my website?
EmbedProof works anywhere you can add a script tag, including WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Carrd, Shopify, Ghost, and custom websites. Your dashboard gives you the snippet to copy and paste.
Can I use testimonials I already have?
Yes. Add testimonials manually or import from a tweet URL on the free plan. Pro also includes bulk CSV import. Make sure you have permission to publish your customer’s words and details.
Can I make the widget match my brand?
Choose a light or dark theme and one of the included layouts and presets. Pro adds all five layouts, custom colors, shadows, spacing, and the option to remove EmbedProof branding.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You can cancel through your billing portal. When your paid access ends, your account returns to the free plan. Your testimonials stay in your account. Pro features such as advanced customization and branding removal are no longer included.
